Casa Il Giglio

"Casa Il Giglio" is a newly built house located in Via Rasia 285, a few steps from the center of Livigno and about 350 meters from the departure of the "Cassana" cableway which then allows connection to the slope of the Carosello 3000.

The house consists of six three-room apartments of 75 square meters, with two bedrooms and capable of accommodating 6 people each.
In all the apartments you will find: kitchen with induction hobs, microwave, satellite TV, dishwasher, refrigerator, hairdryer, safe, balcony, bathroom with shower.

The house also has a large outdoor car park, Wi-Fie connection and a ski and boot storage room with boot warmers.

Just 10 minutes by walk there is also the new Aquagranda Active You center where you will find fun, sports, relaxation, wellness and health in one structure.

"It's super close to the Carosello 3000. And if you want to go to another place, the busstop is 20m from the appartement.The appartement is beautiful, practical and so nice. Very modern and comfortable appartment in a great location.

"Very modern appartment (Chalet Emilie), comfortable beds. All the amenities were there to stay there comfortably. The location was very good, a bit outside of the center, but still is short 10min walking distance from center. Appartment had large balcony, ski room (though no boot driers and separate lockers). The house looks very beautiful and recently built."
