"Casa Livio" is located in via Rasia 285 at about 700 meters from the center of Livigno and a few minutes from the start of the cableway "Cassana" which then connects to the side of the Carosello 3000.

Inside the house there are 4 two-room apartments all equipped with kitchen equipped with dishwasher, bathroom with shower or bathtub and a bedroom. The house also has an outdoor car park and Wi-Fi.

Just 10 minutes by walk there is also the new Aquagranda Active You center where you will find fun, sports, relaxation, wellness and health in one structure.

"It's super close to the Carosello 3000. And if you want to go to another place, the busstop is 20m from the appartement.The appartement is beautiful, practical and so nice. Very modern and comfortable appartment in a great location.

"Very modern appartment (Chalet Emilie), comfortable beds. All the amenities were there to stay there comfortably. The location was very good, a bit outside of the center, but still is short 10min walking distance from center. Appartment had large balcony, ski room (though no boot driers and separate lockers). The house looks very beautiful and recently built."
